How does shipping work?

Orders ship same day or next day via USPS, so watch for your order with your usual mail. Shipping takes 3-5 days to receive. Orders over $35 qualify for free expedited (2-3 day) shipping! All orders receive tracking numbers so you can know exactly when your order will arrive. Most orders are delivered to the mailbox, not to the front porch. Return / Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges for any reason are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You can generate a return label by entering your order number and zip code here. Once the returned items are received by our warehouse refunds are issued within 2-3 days. In cases where orders are received as purchased, without damage or defect: return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and return shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund. For apparel orders, where size is an issue, a one time free exchange for another size is permitted. Items that are received damaged or otherwise faulty qualify to be reshipped or refunded without return. Orders placed from November 1st through December 31st qualify for return or exchange through the month of January.

Privacy Policy

We need to collect some information about you to complete your transaction, your name, address, and some payment information for example. Your name, address, and contact information are stored only long enough for us to complete the transaction and are never shared with anyone. Your payment information is stored and managed by Shopify for the same purpose and is never sent to Senpai’s Closet and is likewise never shared with anyone.
